To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are not refundable.
